Everyone is welcome &#8211; you trial us not the other way round! She holds weekly classes in Pilates suitable for all levels starting at beginner through to advanced.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All ages and level of fitness are welcome. Senior shape classes are suitable for the older client and help with any mobility issues, including breathing techniques and gentle stretching and strengthening exercises.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">More advanced classes involve small equipment supplied by Nicky to facilitate a challenging workout involving cardio, stretching, strengthening, mindful and meditation training to add interest to the workout. Classes are available on Tuesday mornings and spaces are limited. She delivers two weekly sessions suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. Sessions are available on Tuesday evenings from 7pm and Friday mornings 10am. No need to book you can just come along.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zumba is a fun packed dance Latin-inspired fitness class aimed at all levels of fitness. Easy-to-follow, calorie burning. Dance your way to a fitter you, build your stamina levels and keep fit whilst having lots of fun! You will be challenged by some new steps and routines and get your brain working. I use a lot of Latin music: salsa, mambo, cumbia, merengue, cha-cha-cha, reggaeton, but I also love to include lots of other international rhythms.
