Football Coaching

Football is for everyone

Aston Youth provides a safe, fun and relaxed environment for playing and coaching.  We are aligned with the Football Association’s vision for youth football and our volunteer coaches have been through the required FA safeguarding children, first aid and Level 1 coaching awards.

We are a FA Charter Standard Club. Everyone is welcome – you trial us not the other way round! All of our age groups are mixed boys and girls and we have a dedicated girls U134 (2021/22 Year 8 & 9) group in order to provide an opportunity for girls to play.

We provide a well equipped environment for training and matches. We are always happy to welcome new faces to the playing field and village hall on Cote Road.

Zumba Classes

Eugenie has been providing Zumba sessions at the Village Hall for nearly 10 years. She delivers two weekly sessions suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. Sessions are available on Tuesday evenings from 7pm and Friday mornings 10am. No need to book you can just come along.

Zumba is a fun packed dance Latin-inspired fitness class aimed at all levels of fitness. Easy-to-follow, calorie burning. Dance your way to a fitter you, build your stamina levels and keep fit whilst having lots of fun! You will be challenged by some new steps and routines and get your brain working. I use a lot of Latin music: salsa, mambo, cumbia, merengue, cha-cha-cha, reggaeton, but I also love to include lots of other international rhythms. I’ll make you smile and make you sweat – because that’s what I believe makes a great Zumba Fitness® class.
